Fellowship, Food and Fun!

There will be an 11:30 am Eucharist followed by Picnic. Hamburgers, Hot dogs and Beverages will be provided. Please sign up to bring a salad, side dish or dessert. $5 Adults, $3 Children, Under 4 Free. Maximum $15 per family.

Hope you will be able to join us for Calvary's Annual Ascension Day Potluck
Dinner and Holy Eucharist. It is this Thursday, May 13 at 6:30pm. Our
second graders will rehearse at 7pm for Communion Celebration Sunday and the
service will begin at 7:30pm. Bring an appetizer, entree or dessert. (If
you are able, please come a little early to help with set up!)

Please join us in the Parish Hall for this is an annual event. Always a Calvary favorite! Did you know a pancake supper recognizes an Anglican tradition of eating rich foods full of ingredients that were typically restricted during Lent?

Cost: $3.00 for Adults, $2.00 for children ages 5-11. Free for children 4 and under.

Look for a sign-up sheet in the Parish Hall or contact Fran or Glynn Gillette for more information. The supper promises to evening of warm fellowship before the Lenten season.

A celebration of the faithful work done by our church school, confirmation, and choir teachers. Special music by the “Pieces of Eight” piano group and activities for children. Our Teachers are our special guest and all are invited!

Join us in the Parish Hall to celebrate the rich history of Advent traditions this year, with stories, food, and music from the variety of traditions experienced by our parishioners. Potluck supper begins at 6:00 p.m. Singing and sharing begins at 7:00 p.m.

After resetting your clocks on Saturday night and getting that extra hour of
sleep, join us on Sunday for the Parish Brunch, which will follow all
services.

• Christian formation teachers and students will eat prior to going to
  their 10:00 a.m. classes.
• The Family choir and Cherubs will sing at the 9:00 service. The
  Adult choir will sing at the 11:00 service.
• Stewardship celebration: We give thanks for the many blessings
  received here at Calvary.
• It will also be the first collection day of our Thanksgiving Food
  Drive.

An annual favorite, our Progressive Dinner is back again! Appetizers will begin at the Parish Hall, and then on to dinner at “Host” home. We'll wrap up the evening with coffee & dessert at the Parish Hall. Join us for an evening of fun and fellowship! Sign up sheet in the Parish Hall. Childcare provided at the Church until 9:00pm!

The Parish Picnic held on June 14th was a huge success! Blessed with fine weather and warm fellowship, this year's picnic saw over 130 parishioners in attendance - a new Calvary record! Thanks to everyone who attended this special event.
